APT Jazz is a specialised root fertiliser (“root tab”) for planted aquariums designed to nourish plant roots directly within the substrate and revive mature or nutrient-depleted aquasoil. It slowly releases essential nutrients like nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, magnesium, and trace elements around plant roots to support stronger growth, deeper colours, and improved algae control without flooding the water column with nutrients.
